That means we are not releasing the polluted/ hazardous water into the local environment where it harms people and wildlife.

What we instead do is we recover the water, then clean it and then recirculate it back around our factory to be used over and over again. To explain it a bit further (and give more transparency) the cleaning process entails having the water settle then skimmed first. When this is done it will be filtered by a process called 'reverse osmosis' and 'distillation'. Which is just a fancy way of saying 'it gets sucked up through really fine sand over and over again, then is boiled'. Salt will also be added at the end so that the dye adheres. Then we leave the mulch left over from the dye to dry out; this can then be used for road markings in the local area.
"},"paragraph1":
paragraph2":
paragraph3":
{"src":"https://images.podos.io/pjeohwwjpfpaj3zhh9x7qgi9y5imeyysyz3vkohaeetcd6di.png.png?w=auto&h=auto","alt":"\

The RESULT?

From doing all this we are able to recirculate and recover 95% of the water we use. It's something that most have no actionable way of being sustainable so they omit it from the descriptions instead of admitting to doing unsustainable/ unethical practices.
